  • At HeadSpa Denver we book out far and fast!! To make booking as fair as possible, I open an entire month of booking on a specified date/time, and from there it’s first come first serve online booking through Vagaro.

  • I’ll always announce through my social media (insta/tiktok/facebook) the week leading up to the opening. OR you can add yourself to our HeadSpa Denver email list to get notified through there!

  • Yes, for ALL services you must pay a $100 deposit to book your HeadSpa Denver appointment. After the completion of your service, you must pay the remaining cost of the service you reserved online  (minus the $100 deposit you already made when booking the appointment). 100% of your $100 deposit will be refunded to the card on file if you cancel at least 24hours before the appointment. Please refer to our strict cancellation policy below. 

  • I ask for AT LEAST 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. TO CANCEL YOUR APT PLEASE TEXT 303.519.7564 OR EMAIL hello@headspadenver.com Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. My appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, I will be asking for a $100 deposit at the time of booking your appointment online. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a forfeiture of the FULL $100 deposit. “NO CALL, NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the remaining FULL reserved service amount minus their $100 deposit that was made when booking to their credit card on file OR will be invoiced the remaining amount to their email on file.   • I no longer sell gift cards with how far I am booking out and my hefty waitlist!

  • Yes! However it’s important that you consider timing your HeadSpa Denver apt to be right before your next hair-color service. I use a very cleansing shampoo and there’s a lot of running hot water involved, so this service may cause your color to fade. Rainbow colors, pastels, redheads, and stubborn gray coverage color clients— your hair will most likely fade with this service so DO NOT schedule this service right after your hair color appointment.

  • Absolutely! HeadSpa services are for all hair textures, hairless heads, super hairy heads, small heads, big heads, regular size heads!

  • Yes, however I would not suggest you do this service with tape-in hair extensions because the weight of the water and products could cause slippage. It is more difficult to massage and scrub the scalp with hair extensions in, so I would suggest you coordinate your HeadSpa appointment to be when you have them taken out! It’ll feel better for you too and give your scalp a little TLC before you put them back in.

  • Please arrive in comfy clothes without makeup and minimal to no jewelry on. No need to come with clean hair, however use your better judgment if you haven’t washed your hair in a while- please do a courtesy wash before arriving. I’ll definitely be giving your scalp a good scrub!

  • Even though that sounds like so much fun— I am a one person and one bed operation. I work out of a small studio but there is room for one other person to hang out while I do the service on the other. There’s WiFi and magazines and you’re most welcome to hang out or there’s Lucille’s next door, fun shops and coffee shops nearby.

  • I use HeadSpa7 products for hair care and Bambu Earth skin care products. If you are sensitive to common beauty care products, please take a look at their ingredients listed on their WEBSITE.

  • I’ll give your scalp a heck of a good scrub but please do a curtesy wash if you’re close to the 7-10 days dirty hair range.

  • There is a small FREE parking lot behind Lucille’s accessible from Ogden St. There is also free street parking on Ogden and Emerson— just make sure to take a look at the street sweeping schedule signs so you don’t get a ticket!   • Please stay in your car and TEXT me at (303) 519-7564 to let me know you have arrived. I will let you know when to come to the front entrance . The front doors are Evans’ street facing in the same building as Lucille’s just on the other side. The front doors are always LOCKED for our safety. Text me when you’re there or wait in the front lobby if someone lets you in and I will come get you!!!

  • Act like you're going to book, it'll say booked, scroll down and click add to waitlist. You can specify multiple dates per entry that you know you'll be available. And from there the system will notify you when a spot opens up and from there it's first come first serve for online booking! If you get a notification that an apt is open, try to book online asap! They go fast!!

  • Unfortunately, Vagaro doesn’t have a general waitlist option so you do have to specify dates you know you’ll be available. Once those dates have passed, your entry is kicked off the waitlist so you have to make a new entry. Sorry for the inconvenience!!

  • You’re the perfect candidate for my H Spa Secret Clubhouse add-on! For a more affordable price, you get to spend 30 private minutes in the Clubhouse where you’ll have access to DIY styling tools like blow dryers, brushes, curling irons, and products. The Clubhouse also includes beverages, snacks, WIFI, and comfy seating, so that you can slowly wake up from this relaxing service.

  • Yes! I know so many of you come from all over the state to visit HeadSpa Denver. Please never feel pressure to drive in scary winter weather to make it to your appointment. Always text me at 303-519-7564 to let me know and I’ll reschedule you as soon as possible.
